• Experience delivering large, complex projects and programs of varying scale in cross-functional, multicultural environments
• Formally trained in a range of project management and change management methodologies and techniques; accreditation in one or more recognized PM/PMO/Change/Service management methodologies is an advantage
• Proven ability to plan and manage multi-workstream programs from inception through delivery, providing support, direction, and/or technical expertise to project teams across multiple disciplines and geographies
• Strong banking domain knowledge or prior experience working within the banking or financial services industry is required, with a solid understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory considerations
• Demonstrated ability to build a strong presence within the client organization, extending beyond the immediate boundaries of the program
• Ability to bring relevant and insightful industry perspectives, ideas, and best practices to key stakeholders within the client organization
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; able to clearly define scope, timelines, and budgets both verbally and in writing, and to accurately report on issues, risks, progress, and milestones, summarizing insights with sound analysis, options, and credible solutions
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally, and manage competing demands under pressure and resource constraints; capable of performing and articulating cost, benefit, and risk analysis
