This role is responsible for Tier 1 end-user support, including Windows and desktop troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, user account administration, device deployment, and general connectivity issues.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent customer-service skills, and at least three years of hands-on IT support experience. We’re looking for someone who can independently resolve common support issues while knowing when to escalate more complex concerns.
What You’ll Do:
•
Provide responsive Tier 1 technical support to Home Office and field users, managing support cases from intake through resolution and escalation.
•
Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, software, Wi-Fi, VPN, network printing, and other common connectivity issues.
•
Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, shared mailboxes, permissions, and basic mail-flow troubleshooting.
•
Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including provisioning, terminations, password and MFA resets, security groups, permissions, and licensing.
•
Deploy, configure, and support Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
•
Support company-owned iOS devices and assist with mobile device enrollment, applications, profiles, and device-management requests.
•
Triage user-reported phishing, quarantined messages, and Microsoft Defender alerts, escalating security or infrastructure concerns when appropriate.
•
Assist with hardware provisioning, staging, shipping, asset records, replacements, and office moves, and maintain clear support documentation and knowledge resources.
What We’re Looking For:
•
3+ years of hands-on IT support, service desk, help desk, or desktop support experience; 3-5 years preferred.
•
Hands-on experience with both Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
•
Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 support experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
•
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
•
Experience working within a ticketing or IT service management platform.
•
Excellent customer-service, communication, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
•
Associate degree in information technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and industry certifications; bachelor’s degree preferred.
•
Ability to work 100% on-site in Leawood, KS during the assigned schedule and provide occasional evening or weekend support when business needs require.
•
Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Experience:
•
JAMF or another iOS mobile device management (MDM) platform.
•
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Office 365 or hybrid identity and Entra Connect.
•
Basic PowerShell scripting.
•
Supporting a multi-site, retail, or restaurant environment.
•
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365/Endpoint certifications.
