Job Description
•
Assist with billing and payment processing for patients, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
•
Help with preparing and organizing financial reports, invoices, and receipts.
•
Support the accounting team with general financial administrative duties
•
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and patient data.
•
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).
•
Previous experience in front office or customer service roles is a plus.
•
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with financial transactions.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
•
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•
Ability to work on a daily worker basis and adapt to flexible working hours.
