About the role
This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and will work with Software Development and Corporate IT, and practice resources based in the US and India.
Under limited direction, this individual will work closely with business analysts and team members to understand requirements and build technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. The ServiceNow Developer will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on Flow Designer, scripting, Service Portal, Business Rules, and Access Controls (ACLs) to drive higher process maturity and efficiency.
Requirements:

Deep technical understanding and hands-on expertise in Flow Designer, scripting, Service Portal, Business Rules, ACLs, and custom widget development.
•
Integration expertise: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and/or IntegrationHub (Spokes); understanding of authentication, data mapping/transformations, and troubleshooting.
•
Hands-on working experience across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules (configuration and customization). Exposure to GRC, ITAM, ITOM/CMDB is a plus.
•
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•
Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
