This position is essential in maintaining our strong network that supports local agriculture while ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for navigating routes, loading and unloading products, and delivering goods to our clients with professionalism and care. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting sustainable food systems.
Benefits
Compensation: $22.50/hour, with up to $4k per year bonus for safe driving.
Main Responsibilities:

Operate a 26’ box truck safely and efficiently.
•
Load and unload products while adhering to food safety standards.
•
Maintain route schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
•
Inspect the vehicle for safety compliance and report any issues.
•
Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
•
Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
•
At least 1 year of experience driving a box truck (26’ or larger).
•
Monday-Saturday, starting at 3AM/4AM.
•
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
•
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities related to loading and unloading.

Hourly rate of $22.50/hour, with 35-45 hours of work each week

Safety Bonus of $4k annual ($1k per quarter)
