Responsibilities
As an iRobot Support Specialist with French and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries related to iRobot products and technical support information
•
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•
You need to speak a C1 level of French and high level of English
•
Be in possession of an EU passport or Bulgarian work permit
