About the role
We’re looking for passionate independently Licensed Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you’ll bring

A valid LCSW - C license in good standing in the state of Maryland
•
A Master’s degree in Social Work, with at least 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
•
Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
•
Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools
•
A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
