Role Overview:
Provide functional and technical support for the SAP SD environment within SAP ERP, ensuring system stability, process optimization, and effective end-to-end business operations across A1 Group’s international markets.
Role insights:
•
Provide functional and technical support for SAP Sales environment within SAP ERP, supporting the international operations of A1 Group across multiple countries.
•
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
•
Manage SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
•
Document functional and technical specifications.
•
Perform root cause analysis for system defects and implement sustainable solutions.
•
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ABAP-related issues including debugging of custom solutions, performance tuning, and code corrections.
•
Ensure system stability, data integrity, and process optimization.
•
Work together with cross-functional teams to support integrated end-to-end business processes.
