The Clinician Concierge is the single, trusted guide behind every successful clinician launch at Sevaro. From the moment a neurologist or advanced practice provider (APP) is hired, you orient them to our culture, expectations, and on-shift experience; get them fluent in Synapse and clinical workflows; and shepherd them through credentialing and licensing. You own the institutional knowledge for each hospital site and system, training clinicians to readiness and leading remedial education whenever gaps arise.
This is an exciting, newly created position ideally for someone who is tech-savvy, entrepreneurial at heart, strong communicator with various stakeholders, experienced with clinical training and education, and is excited to bring new perspective and ideas as we continue to scale our clinician team.
You are the first face every Sevaro physician and APP meets, and the person who makes sure they walk into their first shift confident, credentialed, and ready. You own clinician education and readiness from hire to go-live and beyond.
This is an ideal role for an ER or neuro nurse who has become the informal “super user” everywhere they’ve worked, the person colleagues call when something breaks, and who is ready to step into a full-time clinical operations and education career without leaving patient impact behind.
