Raytheon is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer- Test Automation with a proven track record in the design, development, and integration of System Test Equipment (STE) for complex RF and Microwave products, including associated test software.
What You Will Do:
•
Support Hardware and Software design and equipment selections, develop Special Test Equipment (including validation & certification), conduct testing and integration, and see the product development through production & post-production technical support phases
•
Create and present technical data packages for program management during regularly scheduled meetings as well as various design reviews
•
Test high frequency circuits ranging from baseband to millimeter wave
•
This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment. Travel to vendor and subcontractor locations will be required on occasion.
Qualifications You Must Have:

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
