Salary Range: $80,594 - $93,000 annually
General Description and Classification Standards:
Responsibilities
Conducts project planning, acquisition, disposition and property management of General Fund real estate assets of the City. Participates in redevelopment projects, orders and reviews appraisals, manages leasing, asset management, and pre-construction development activities, while meeting the City’s public policy objectives.
This position reports to the Director/Assistant Director of the Real Estate Division within the Department of Enterprise Asset Management.
Supervision Received:
As a senior property management professional for the City, direction received is general, focusing on deliverables, and collaborative in nature. Real Estate Project Manager III plans work and project agendas to support the Administration’s initiatives.
