About the role
As Mynt Legal oversees group initiatives and organizational restructuring, the legal team requires a dedicated Product Counsel operating in an embedded scope to manage increasing operational volume and protect business speed.
Currently, Mynt Legal operates with limited personnel outside of executive leadership, specifically the Chief Legal Officer and the Group Head of Legal Strategy, Operations, and Transformation. As a result, group heads are frequently required to spend critical capacity on routine operational tasks. To resolve this bottleneck and establish clear tiers of legal support, this role is being created to serve as the primary legal partner for day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
The Product Counsel will take direct ownership of standard contract reviews, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), standard template maintenance, operational legal advice, and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). This will allow executive leadership to redirect their focus toward strategic oversight, practice group governance, and complex multi-party matters.
