Responsibilities:
•
Assist in managing full sets of account - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (including closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process), Intercompany billings, Staff Reimbursement, Monthly Closing, Perform bank reconciliation, and all other related matters.
•
Perform system reconciliation and inter-co reconciliation on monthly basis.
•
Work closely with back-office for CRM and MT4 data extraction and reconciliation.
•
Perform reconciliation on client fund report, payment gateway report and cash reconciliation.
•
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
•
Liaise with various stakeholders within the finance department and other departments such as marketing, sales, respective business units etc, and also external stakeholders.
•
Ad-hoc assignments will be provided as required.
Requirements
•
