About the role
We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!!!
Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes!
Morning Prep Crew Members are the ones who set the standards for all the food prep in the store. They will execute and meet the high standards of food prep that make all of our sandwiches taste amazing!! Shifts will consist of 6AM-2PM at the latest - Morning Prep (6AM-10AM) then into Lunch (10AM-2PM).
Benefits
Starting Wage: $15/hr
Individual has the opportunity to earn more when Brand Standards and Execution Standards are met consistently!
Responsibilities
Primary Duties for Position:
• Setting or prepping up the store to open by 10 AM everyday
• Prepping all vegetables to Brand Standard while following all Food Safety Guidelines 100%
• Prepping and baking bread for the AM shift
• Filling out Opening Procedures to Brand Standard / Temp Checking products to Brand Standard
• Maintain a clean work environment at all times - maintain clean work areas, cleaning up before you leave
• Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.
