Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead and supervise a team of lawn maintenance crew members in mowing, trimming, and maintaining lawns.
•
Assign daily tasks to crew members, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
•
Ensure equipment maintenance and readiness for all mowing operations, including routine checks and minor repairs.
•
Train team members on best practices for mowing techniques, safety, and client service.
•
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
•
Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
•
Maintain accurate records of daily operations and work completed.
