Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options, including specials and promotions
•
Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them to the kitchen and bar staff
•
Ensure the prompt and efficient service of food and beverages
•
Assist with the setup and clean up of tables and dining areas
•
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
•
Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
