As a Senior Sourcing Manager, Technology, you’ll lead commercial sourcing and negotiations across a broad portfolio of technology, AI, infrastructure, and business-critical vendors. Partnering closely with Engineering, Security, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations, you’ll help the business adopt new technologies quickly, negotiate commercial frameworks that scale with our growth, and ensure our supplier ecosystem is a competitive advantage.
This is a highly visible role with significant ownership. You’ll independently lead negotiations ranging from tactical purchases to multi-million-dollar strategic agreements. Your work will directly influence how quickly Mercor can adopt new technologies, scale its AI platform and expert network, and build durable commercial advantages.
