About the role
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and can be relied on to consistently deliver high-quality work. Strong attendance, dependability, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
•
Perform carpentry-related repairs and maintenance work, including surface repairs, framing, trim work, drywall repairs, door and hardware installation, and other general carpentry tasks
•
Prepare job sites, materials, and tools for daily carpentry projects and repairs
•
Complete daily work orders accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail
•
Operate, maintain, and clean various power and manual carpentry tools and equipment
•
Maintain electronic records by accurately documenting project-related time, labor, and materials
•
Communicate effectively with coworkers and other departments to complete projects efficiently and professionally
•
Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation as assigned
•
Provide support during peak workload periods, which may require overtime
What We’re Looking For
