About the role
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Project Manager to drive execution of strategic and operational projects in Financial Services.You’ll run structured delivery across a wide range of initiatives — launching new services, integrating external partners, rolling out compliance and KYC/KYB policies, improving cash operations with agents/super agents, enabling new payment flows, etc.
You sit in the middle of Product, Compliance, Finance/Treasury, Engineering, Ops, and Growth. Your job is simple: keep the plan real, keep owners accountable, and land the project in production with minimal drama.

Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Financial Services projects from kick-off through launch.
You follow through. People learn that if you say “I’ll track this,” it’s tracked.

You’re comfortable saying “no, we’re not ready to launch yet” if Compliance/Finance hasn’t signed off.

You like structure. When there is none, you create it.
