Job Description
About the role
Schedule: Monday - Friday, no holidays, no weekends!
What You Will Do:
•
**Lead the charge** on your shift or team to perform pre-analytic and post-analytic specimen and order processing—keeping the lab running like a well-oiled machine!
•
**Train and empower** other lab assistants, ensuring everyone follows procedures and stays on their A-game.
•
**Dive into** a variety of routine laboratory procedures and support services tailored to your assigned laboratory section.
•
**Be the mentor and teacher** that helps others master pre-analytic specimen activities, building a team of lab superstars who maintain top-notch competency levels.
Qualifications
