KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Assist employees with the AH digital registration process.
•
Collect, verify, and maintain required registration documents.
•
Update employee information accurately in relevant systems.
•
Follow up on pending registrations and missing documents.
•
Maintain registration trackers and progress reports.
•
Coordinate with HR teams and employees to resolve registration issues.
•
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
•
Support communication and awareness activities related to AH digital registration.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
•
Completed G.C.E (A/L) or an undergraduate in HR or relevant field.
•
Proficiency in English and Sinhala in both written and verbal.
•
Computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
•
Agile and flexible with a willingness to travel when required.
•
Candidates residing in or commuting from areas close to the main working location are preferred.
