What You’ll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across our organization.
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
•
Review applications and assess candidate qualifications
•
Conduct phone screens and candidate pre-assessments
•
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
•
Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies
•
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to proactively recruit top talent
•
Research and recommend new recruiting resources and technologies
Hiring Manager Partnership
•
Collaborate closely with branch and department leaders to understand workforce needs
•
Develop customized recruiting strategies for assigned openings
•
Provide market insights and candidate feedback to hiring managers
•
Ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
•
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
•
Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to offer
•
Support onboarding activities and new hire integration
•
Conduct regular follow-ups with new employees during their first year to ensure a successful transition
Community Engagement & Employer Branding
•
Represent Curtis Lumber at job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities
•
Build relationships with colleges, universities, workforce agencies, and community organizations
•
Assist in growing our employer brand through online recruiting platforms and social media
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
•
