About the Role:
● The person will report to the Solution Architect. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Will be promoted to RPA Developer based on performance after 1 year.
Job Responsibilities:
● Support, monitor and manage bots and automated processes in Blue Prism
● Develop RPA solutions using Blue prism
● Monitor performance of robots to identify opportunities for improvement
● Perform root cause analysis and apply permanent fix
● Support and resolve incidents within the service target agreed with the Business
● Ensure all incidents are managed end-to-end
● Conduct second-level support
● Support the preparation of KPIs to report on Service Delivery performance
● Liaise with country teams on control related queries
● Support different countries to conduct periodic review of automation
● Track system usage and make recommendations for improvement
● Test software robots and deployment plans as necessary.
● Develop training manuals if necessary.
Key Result Areas:
● Process Monitoring: Ensure smooth RPA process execution by monitoring bots and resolving issues promptly.
● Maintenance & Upgrades: Keep RPA software up-to-date and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
● Incident Management: Respond to incidents, coordinate solutions, and provide status updates.
● Documentation: Maintain detailed records of RPA processes, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
● Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance process performance for speed and accuracy.
● User Support: Assist users with RPA-related inquiries and provide training when needed.
● Security & Compliance: Ensure RPA processes adhere to security and compliance standards.
● Change Management: Manage changes to RPA configurations and processes with minimal disruption.
● Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to refine and expand automation.
● Reporting: Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights for process enhancement.
