Responsibilities
● Own the product roadmap for intermodal functionality within N4 and related TOS products
● Gain deep understanding of customer operations at a intermodal facility; identify product gaps and generate ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience
● Help define the automation strategy for rail operations including automated rail-mounted gantry cranes (ARMGs), automated stacking cranes, and other rail yard equipment
● Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
● Be the primary product owner for user interfaces used by dispatchers, planners, clerks, and equipment operators in intermodal workflows
● Drive product development with world-class engineers and designers
● Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
● Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of intermodal products
● Create methodology to help partners integrate with Kaleris in a standardized way—reducing risk, effort, time, and resources
● Understand Kaleris’s strategic and competitive position; deliver products recognized as best in the industry
● Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
