As the Program Leader, AV Enablement, you will define and drive the enablement strategy for one of Uber’s Big Bets and fastest-growing business portfolios, ensuring that enablement investments directly support business priorities and measurable outcomes. You will serve as the primary strategic partner to senior business leaders, translating evolving business needs into scalable capability solutions that improve operational performance, customer experience, and organizational readiness.
Direct experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) or autonomous mobility industry is required for this role. The Program Leader must bring sufficient AV domain knowledge to understand the unique operational, product, safety, regulatory, partner, and customer-support considerations involved in launching and scaling AV programs.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, portfolio prioritization, and operational excellence. You will lead a team of Enablement Program Specialist(s) while partnering closely with Operations, Product, Content, Learning Design, Quality, Analytics, PMO, Learning Operations, and other global functions to deliver enablement solutions at scale.
