Job Description Summary:
Faegre Drinker, one of the 100 largest law firms headquartered in the U.S., is searching for a Trademark Paralegal to join our trademark, copyright, advertising and media team in our Intellectual Property practice group in one of our offices. Work alongside top lawyers and legal professionals to make a difference servicing our clients with a full range of trademark and brand management services. What you would do:
•
Manage US and Foreign Prosecution Filings.
•

The anticipated initial hourly rate for this position varies based on the location where the role is filled:
•
Chicago: $38.19-$59.20
•
Denver & Minneapolis: $36.72-$56.92
•
Los Angeles & New York City: $40.76-$63.18
•
San Francisco: $44.43-$68.88
•
Washington, D.C.: $39.29-$60.91
Please note that this hourly rate is based on a 37.5 hour work week. Actual initial hourly rate may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, in all cases consistent with applicable law. This is a non-exempt role paid on an hourly basis. The initial hourly rate listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker’s total compensation and benefits package for professional staff, which includes, but is not limited to, a discretionary bonus; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
