Position Summary
This is an exciting position for a senior sales manager to lead North APAC for Data & Feeds sell-side clients. The role will be responsible for managing a team of sales specialists to achieve and beat the regional sales target, with a focus on clients across Greater China, Korea and Japan.
The business line addresses the needs of sell-side institutions across the financial sector, including banks, brokers, securities firms and other market participants. The broader Data & Feeds product suite includes real-time and reference data, pricing, fundamentals, analytics, APIs, delivery platforms and other data solutions that support front-office, trading, risk and client-facing workflows.
The major focus of this role is proactively winning new revenue - to both existing and new sell-side client accounts. The candidate is expected to be hands-on - personally getting involved in deals, meeting clients, networking across North APAC and actively participating in marketing events. Mandarin Chinese language capability is required given the regional client focus.
The individual will be additionally responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the business – creating and executing sales strategies, providing forecasts and business updates to internal stakeholders, as well as collaborating with other client facing, product and marketing leaders.
