Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients’ homes.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate, encourage, and support family members.
• Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.
