As the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, we specialize in providing janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for our clients. Responsibilities
•
Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
•
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
•
Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
•
Maintain and clean common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and waiting areas.
•
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
•
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
•
Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns.
