Provides shared administrative support to the Department of the History of Art and AAMW, with primary responsibility for graduate program administration. Coordinates graduate admissions, registration, student progress and benchmarks, fellowship nominations, funding records, and graduation processes, and serves as a primary administrative resource for graduate students and faculty. Supports curriculum and course administration, departmental events, routine financial transactions, facilities and office operations, and departmental student workers. Serves as a liaison to the Graduate Division, SAS Finance, building management, and other University offices as appropriate. Reports to the Associate Director of Regional Department Administration.
