Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Borger, Texas
At H2 Health, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. Your Role

• Document patient care accurately in Raintree EMR

• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other interdisciplinary team members
