About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our bakery. You’ll help customers find their favourite products, keep our displays stocked and looking great, and work alongside a supportive team to create a positive bakery experience.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

Providing friendly and engaging customer service
•
Serving customers and operating the cash register
•
Merchandising and stocking bakery products
•
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery
•
Promoting seasonal products and bakery specials
•
Assisting with product finishing and packaging as required
•
Working collaboratively with the bakery team
•
Following food safety and operational procedures
This is a part-time position with approximately 10–25 hours per week, including weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs)

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Previous retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
No bakery experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support.
