What You Will Get To Do:
Opportunity Identification & Process Analysis
•
Identify automation, AI and process optimisation opportunities across business operations.
•
Conduct detailed process analysis to understand current-state workflows, pain points, risks and inefficiencies.
•
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
•
Quantify benefits, costs, risks and implementation considerations.
•
Build compelling business cases and recommendations for automation investment.
•
Maintain and prioritise automation opportunity pipelines.
Solution Design
•
Design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions combining traditional automation and AI capabilities.
•
Produce high-quality documentation including:
•
Process Design Documents (PDDs)
•
User Stories
•
Process Maps
•
Functional Requirements
•
Acceptance Criteria
•
Solution Recommendations
•
Define future-state operating models and process improvements.

Assess where automation is appropriate and where alternative solutions should be recommended.

Stakeholder Management
•
Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders across SS&C and client organisations.
•
Act as a trusted advisor on automation and AI opportunities.
•
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
•
Present recommendations, designs and business cases to senior stakeholders.
•
Provide regular updates on project progression, risks and dependencies.
