The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend expertise (Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript) and solid distributed-systems fundamentals and will be expected to own features end-to-end from requirements through development, QA, and production, lead technical design discussions, and mentor other engineers.

Execute day-to-day responsibilities related to building and extending backend services and React frontends within a micro-service architecture with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
•
Analyze, review, or maintain services, APIs, and data models to support business needs.
•
Partner with product managers, QA, designers, and engineers across teams to support shared priorities and cross-team projects and ensure alignment.
•
Communicate updates, risks, blockers, and recommendations clearly and proactively.
•
Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
•
Use data, judgment, and business context to inform decisions and recommendations.
•
Manage assigned work independently and follow through on commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.
•
Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
