About the role
We invite a Senior System Analyst to join our team and work on a complex fintech project for a leading global financial services infrastructure provider. You’ll contribute to the development and enhancement of a flexible asset tokenization platform with robust smart contract capabilities. You’ll work at the intersection of business analysis and system analysis, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data engineering teams to understand requirements and define effective solutions.

Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, ensuring clear and standards-compliant project specifications
•
Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders, assisting in feature prioritization and managing requested changes
•
Serve as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication with the development team
•
Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their productivity for effective collaboration and promptly resolving/escalating blockers
•
Create and maintain relevant project-related documentation, including visualizing developed solution workflows through diagrams
