About the role
Cuyana is now hiring a part-time retail Sales Associate for our Nolita store location.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES*
Sales & Client Interaction
•
Comfortable greeting guests, checking customers into appointments, requesting client information for further outreach
•
Provide excellent personalized customer service and engagement through building relationships with clients
•
Become an expert on product and brand knowledge, act as a Cuyana ambassador
•
Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges
•
Pull sizes and product from stock, assist with monogramming, bagging, and gift wrapping product
•
Contribute to the daily personal and store sales targets
Operations & Stockroom
•
Receive and process stock transfers
•
Work with management on how to organize, prioritize based on sales, and maximize stock room space
•
Maintain, clean, and organize stockroom and store, merchandise with direction from manager and product team
•
Assist with showroom inventory organization and restocking, uphold all visual standards on the floor: tags, stuffing, steaming
•
Process phone orders and coordinate in-store pick up, and courier same day deliveries (if available)
•
Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events, and community events)
