Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact

Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes

Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise

Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust

Requirements

Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$105K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)

Generous Sign-On Bonus - up to $20K for a limited time for qualified LBAs! Based on start date and location

Attractive monthly performance bonuses with clear, attainable benchmarks - opportunities to make up to $2,600 per month ($31,200 annually)

Hybrid schedule: 1-2 WFH days each week, depending on center or region growth and clinical needs
