JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Angeline has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in our success.
This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

What your day might look like
Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
Prepare apartments for new move in’s by completing “make-ready” process
Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
Assist with vendor management and other duties
Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
Requirements
