About the role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our and support our Trading Desk Team at Coinhako.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance tooling that power our internal Trading team. You’ll also be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across systems, optimize transaction workflows, and enhance trading reliability, scalability and operationally.
What you’ll be doing:
•
Design, build, and maintain backend services and internal tools that support Coinhako’s Trading Desk operations.
•
Integrate with exchanges, liquidity providers, trading venues, and internal systems using REST APIs, WebSocket, and FIX where applicable.
•
Improve the reliability, scalability, latency, and observability of internal trading systems.
•
Automate manual trading operations and reduce operational risk through better tooling and system design.
•
Participate in all phases of the development life cycle such as developing, code review, testing, and debugging.
What we’re looking for:
