WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm schedule working in a busy Cardiology practice

In person position

Enjoy work life balance with consistent day shift schedule and observed holidays off work
•
Prepare, organize, and maintain patient charts and medical records to support efficient clinic operations and timely access to information
•
Review and prepare charts for upcoming appointments, ensuring records are accurate and available according to scheduling timelines
•
Process medical record requests, respond to phone inquiries, and maintain HIPAA compliance when handling protected health information
•
Support providers, staff, and patients through accurate record management, attention to detail, and a commitment to a positive patient experience
QUALIFICATIONS
•
Required High School Diploma/GED
•
Preferred 1 year Medical Office/Medical Terminology
