Requisitos

Responsabilidades
•
Dar seguimiento al sistema de tickets relacionados con el personal.
•
Apoyar en la estandarización de procesos y trabajo estándar para líderes de producción.
•
Colaborar en la gestión y control de horarios del personal.
•
Apoyar en la implementación y seguimiento de reuniones TIER 1.
•
Participar en actividades de mantenimiento autónomo y auditorías de cumplimiento.
•
Elaborar reportes, indicadores y ayudas visuales para el área.
•
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos productivos y administrativos.
