About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a junior lawyer with 1-4 years of experience in our Energy and Natural Resources practice group in Houston. The Associate will work closely with the team on a variety of complex domestic and international energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance, project contracts, and related transactional matters across conventional, renewable, and transitional energy sectors. Job Requirements
Candidates should be highly motivated, with 1-4 years of experience. Experience in energy is a plus. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials, admission to one or more state bars, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are required. In addition, the ideal candidate will be diligent, energetic, and possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines effectively, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. The candidate must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
