You’ll define the product function at a company with real revenue, flight-proven hardware, and some of the deepest RF and communications expertise in the industry, at exactly the moment the company is scaling its portfolio. The technical problems are hard, the customers’ missions matter, and the product strategy questions are the kind you only get to answer once: how a company built on engineering excellence becomes a category-defining product business.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $225,000 – $350,000 per year, plus equity. This range reflects our good-faith estimate for this position at the time of posting. The final base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes an equity grant and our full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), HSA’s and 401K program.
