Job Overview: Assurasource is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team in Texas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a client-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities
•
Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
•
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
•
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
•
Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely.
•
Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.
Requirements
•
Active LPC-A license in the state of practice.
•
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
•
