About the company
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.
SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We’re creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.
About the role
You’ll own SpaceXSI’s ISV and technology-marketplace partnerships end to end: a multi-partner portfolio, the programs that let those relationships scale, and the cross-functional interface so Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and partners move as one. Your top focus is building an ecosystem our GTM team can actually leverage, with partners ready to co-sell and co-market, listings and joint plays that attach cleanly to field motions, and an operating model that works without rebuilding every relationship from scratch. You own the partner side of the motion so Sales and Marketing have an ecosystem to lean on in deals and campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Own a portfolio of technology and ISV partners across recruit → onboard → activate → expand, going deep on the highest-impact relationships while keeping the broader set productive with programmatic coverage
•
Build joint plans with priority partners covering shared goals, listing and integration milestones, co-sell and co-market motions, and success metrics, and own outcomes including partner-sourced or influenced pipeline, marketplace activity, activation velocity, and partner health
•
Build and scale marketplace and ISV motions, including listing readiness, activation playbooks, engagement models or tiers, and field-ready co-sell and co-market plays, then prove new routes to market with a small partner set and turn what works into repeatable programs
•
Run the operating rhythm that still works when the book is large, including pipeline syncs, business reviews, executive check-ins, and escalations
•
Act as the primary internal owner for ISV and marketplace workstreams across Product, Eng, Sales, and Marketing, drive three-way coordination with AEs across SpaceXSI, partner, and customer, and bring structure through an operating model, scorecards, and rules of engagement as the portfolio grows
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
