At SitePro Rentals, we believe great service starts with great people. We work hard, take care of our customers, and look out for one another. Safety, integrity, and doing the right thing aren’t just expectations here—they’re part of how we work every day.
About the role
We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our San Antonio service team. This is an opportunity to build a strong team, develop people, strengthen customer relationships, and make a real impact on the success of our branch.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As our Service Manager, you’ll set the tone for a safe, accountable, and customer-focused service department. You’ll lead from the front—coaching your team, improving performance, solving problems, and making sure our customers can count on SitePro when they need us.
You’ll also own the financial performance of the department and help grow our service business without losing sight of what matters most: our people, our customers, and doing quality work the right way.
What You’ll Do
•
Lead and develop your team. Coach, train, hire, and support service team members while building a culture of accountability, teamwork, quality, and pride in the work.
•
Own service performance. Manage department P&L, workflow, repairs, quotes, invoicing, fleet expenses, supplies, tooling, and other resources with a focus on efficiency and profitable growth.
•
Put safety first. Lead safety meetings, reinforce near-miss reporting, address potential hazards, and partner with SitePro and Sammons safety leadership when incidents or concerns arise.
•
Take care of our customers. Build trusted relationships through regular customer visits, resolve concerns fairly, support key service accounts, and partner with Account Managers and manufacturers to grow the business and deliver solutions.
What You’ll Bring
•
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
•
Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
•
Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and business skills; mechanical aptitude and experience in the equipment rental, service, or a related industry are preferred.
•
Comfort working in an active service environment, using Microsoft Office tools, and performing physical tasks that may include standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
•
Great people. Work alongside a hardworking team that looks out for one another and takes pride in doing things the right way.
•
A chance to make an impact. Your leadership will directly shape your team, our customer experience, and the success of the branch.
•
Room to grow. Build your career with a company that values strong leaders, hard work, and people who want to keep getting better.
