About the role
IMEG, formerly Hayner/Swanson, Inc., is hiring a Survey Field Technician in Nashua, NH. This role assists Crew Chiefs, Senior Crew Chiefs, or Land Surveyors with acquiring survey field data for assigned land surveying field projects.
You will support field data collection, equipment operation, quality checks, and construction stakeouts while working with clients and coworkers. The team serves municipal and environmental markets, delivering resilient, environmentally responsible infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
•
Collect field data for land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout surveys.
•
Operate, maintain, and handle survey, data-collection, geodetic, and reality-capture equipment.
•
Set points on construction stakeout projects.
•
Perform quality checks using assigned survey equipment.
•
Download project data.
•
Maintain professional and productive working relationships with clients and coworkers.
•
Operate a company vehicle.
•
Observe safety and security procedures.
What You’ll Bring
Experience

•
Sewer rehabilitation, paving and safety improvements, and municipal infrastructure
•
Site development for healthcare, residential, and commercial clients including National Grid
•
ALTA, due diligence, and permitting across a broad market mix
•
Recent work includes Nashua 2025 Sewer Rehabilitation, Government; Southern NH Medical Center Parking, Healthcare; and Concord MA Paving & Safety, Transportation.
