Your Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support in German via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with product questions, account issues, and troubleshooting

Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
•
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
•
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer requests
Requirements
•
Fluent German (C1–C2)
•
Good English skills (B2+)
•
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•
Customer-focused attitude
•
Basic computer and typing skills
•
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
