Ipsos is looking for a Director of UX & Human Factors to lead research that helps bring safe, usable medical devices to market. You’ll manage key client relationships, lead a small team of researchers, and run validation (summative) and formative usability studies aligned with FDA guidance. If you know your way around human factors testing in a regulated environment and enjoy pairing research leadership with client partnership, we want to hear from you. This role is ideally based in Chicago, home of our usability research lab, though other Ipsos office locations will be considered.
