As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The successful RN will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. The duties for the RN include but are not limited to the list below.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional patient-centered care by creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment for all patients.
•
Promote health and wellness through patient education and the administration of prescribed treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols and organizational standards.
•
Serve as a primary liaison between providers and patients, addressing questions, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring patient understanding of care recommendations.
•
Perform intravenous (IV) therapy, including initiation, monitoring, and management of infusions while adhering to safety and infection-control standards.
•
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories, screenings, vital signs, and evaluation of patient needs.
•
Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, communications, and outcomes in electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
•
Maintain extensive knowledge of clinical services, treatments, and wellness products to effectively educate and support patients.
•
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
•
Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
•
Participate in ongoing professional development, staff meetings, and training programs to maintain clinical competency and support organizational goals.
•
Support daily clinic operations through cross-functional teamwork, administrative assistance, and other duties as assigned to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
Requirements

Licensed to practice in SC
•
Experience with IV administration required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
You must be able to stand and treat patients for the duration of your day. You will be required to electronically chart on a computer or other similar device. You must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.
